Our stylists time is highly valued. It becomes difficult to give our new or current guests the best experience possible, when a scheduled appointment does not come through. I have a strict 48-hour notice cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your appointment within 48-hours of your scheduled time, cancel the day of, or simply do not show up. There will be a 50% charge for services cancelled. We will require a credit card on file in order to book an appointment. We do understand obstacles may arise, which can delay you making it to your appointment on time. We do offer a 10 minute grace period depending on the length of your appointment. We can not guarantee that you will be taken if you are late.
